General
- Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months, depending on detail and queue size.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion.
- AI-generated art (including model art or references) will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Payment is required up front, unless a payment plan has been discussed.
- I take weekends off to rest and recharge — please don’t expect updates during that time. 💕---🖌️ I Can Do
- Original characters
- Kemonomimi / humanoid anthros
- Any gender or body type
- Detailed and complex designs🚫 I Won’t Do
- Full furry or feral designs
- Copyrighted characters
- NSFW content (only limited, and by discussion)
- Heavy armor or mecha (only after discussion)---Payments
- Invoices must be paid within 24–48 hours of receipt.
- If we’ve agreed on a payment plan, payments follow the discussed schedule.
- I’ll send invoices directly unless otherwise arranged.
- Tips are always appreciated but never required.
- Payment plans:
- For rigging/model commissions → up to 3 payments, work progresses according to paid amount.
- For bundle commissions → up to 5 payments maximum.---Add-ons & Extras
- Rush Fee: 15% of the commission price if a deadline is required (depending on urgency). Rush orders take top priority.
- Extra Edits: After three major edits, an additional fee of €10+ per edit may apply, depending on progress stage.
- No charge for fixes caused by my oversight or minor adjustments.
- Age Requirement: You must be 18+ to commission anything suggestive. Proof of age may be requested.---💬 Communication
- Communication happens primarily via Discord (server or DMs).
- I regularly post WIPs and progress updates to ensure the work matches your vision.
- You’re always welcome to reach out if you notice issues later on — I’m happy to fix minor technical or visual errors that appear after some use. 🌷

Art & Model Usage✅ You Can
- Upload my work online with clear credit (e.g. “Art/Model by [YourName]”).
- Print for personal use (merch, posters, etc.).
- Use for streaming and content creation (light commercial rights included).🚫 You Can’t
- Claim the artwork, design, or model as your own.
- Use my work commercially beyond the agreed terms.
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Trace, copy, or alter the artwork without my written permission.---Intellectual Property & Usage RightsUnless otherwise stated, I retain all rights to the artwork or models I create, including the right to display them in my portfolio or promotional materials after your debut/release.VTuber Work (Models & Mascots)
- All VTuber model and mascot commissions include full usage rights by default.
- This covers:
- ✅ Personal use
- ✅ Monetized streaming and content creation
- ✅ Commercial merchandising and branding (e.g. keychains, standees, stickers, apparel, etc.)
- No additional license fees are required for VTuber-related commissions.Art & Design Work
- Includes:
- ✅ Personal use (social media, profile images, reference sheets, etc.)
- ✅ Monetized content (YouTube thumbnails, stream visuals, etc.)
- ➕ Commercial merchandising is available for an additional +10% fee.
- If you plan to sell merchandise (physical or digital) featuring my artwork or designs, please let me know beforehand so the correct license can be added to your invoice.Summary

- If I must cancel due to personal reasons or project difficulty, you will receive a full refund.
